How Can I Track My Order?
Your order may be shipped through Pakistan Post or a courier service, depending on the size of your order, delivery location, and payment method.
📦 Regular Book Orders — Pakistan Post
For normal book orders, we usually dispatch parcels through Pakistan Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide you with a tracking number where tracking is available.
You can use your tracking number to check the delivery status of your parcel through Pakistan Post.
📚 Large Book Orders — Courier
Orders containing a larger number of books may be sent through a courier service.
The courier service used may depend on your location and the size/weight of the parcel.
A tracking number will be provided where available.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we normally use Trax Courier.
Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking information will be shared with you where available. You can use the tracking number to check your parcel’s delivery status.
Where Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
After your order has been dispatched, your tracking number may be shared with you through:

- Phone/Customer Support
